Choosing the right franchise territory is one of the most important decisions you’ll make as a franchisee – and it’s one that’s often oversimplified.

Most people start by looking at the numbers: population, households and whether the territory boundaries make sense. That’s important, but those fundamentals should already be built into any well-structured franchise.
