Zinglet, a new British hot chicken quick service restaurant franchise concept, has opened its debut site, a 40-seater restaurant in Birkenhead, Merseyside.

The Zinglet concept has been launched by Khalil Rehman and Gul Nawaz, the co-founders of an award-winning Caprinos Pizza takeaway franchise. After starting Caprinos in 2015, the pair have scaled to over 120 global locations, including more than 110 in the UK.

Created as a standalone brand, Zinglet serves freshly breaded buttermilk made-to-order fried chicken, finished with a unique blend of North American-inspired flavour combinations.

The menu centres on wings, tenders, and burgers, which are available in four distinct spice levels to suit every palate.
